Leadership and innovation, to us, must include a deep knowledge of issues pertaining to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access and Social Justice (IDEAS), as well as a firm commitment to personal (development), interpersonal (dialogue), and (radical) systemic change in ways that prioritize people and the planet as much - if not more than- profit.

Our programs are designed to introduce new concepts in accessible ways, take into account intersectional identities and lived experiences, and guide participants further into introspection.

Our accessibility
pricing model

It’s imperative for us that our work remain accessible to individuals, nonprofits and grassroots organizations engaged in social transformation. In order to facilitate this, we utilize a tiered pricing model when pricing projects and programming for organizations. For those folks and organizations where financial resources are more readily available, we price our services in order to make our offers available through our Solidarity and Sustain rates.

 
 

Solidarity $150/hr

For organizations with an annual budget of under $250K.

Half-day sessions are priced at $1.5k and full-day at $3k.

Sustain
$250/hr

For organizations with an annual budget of between $250K-750K.

Half-day sessions are priced at $2.5k and full-day at $5k.

Full-Cost
$350/hr

For organizations with an annual budget of between $750k-2.5M.

Half-day sessions are priced at $3.5k and full-day at $7k.

Redistribution $450/hr

For organizations with an annual budget of over $2.5M

Half-day sessions are priced at $4.5k and full-day at $9k.

 

All prices reflect a per facilitator / per consultant rate.
